- Quite a few tournament teams have been adding a bridle to the fish weight ahead of the dredge. This ensures that if the brass loops on the weight fail, they will not have lost an expensive dredge teaser.
This bridle is made with 4mm hollow core 3600lb test Dyneema. Hand spliced in-house with a loop splice on each end. The loops make it quite easy to attach to the weight and its connection to the dredge side and the forward pulling side. No cable crimp or mono to crimp.
Each bridle measures 16".
